Former world champion Evander Holyfield shared his thoughts on the use of steroids by some boxers.
“Well, when I think about steroids, a certain image comes to mind. You have an advantage over someone, which is a form of cheating. It is illegal for boxing. I think it would be wrong if it wasn’t legal for everyone. The reason it’s not legal for everyone is that a boxer on steroids can cause serious harm to their opponent,” Holyfield said.
Earlier, the former heavyweight and cruiserweight world champion Evander Holyfield ranked Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk among the greatest heavyweights in history.
